Choosing Your Virtual IntelAgent Talent

PHASE 2: Q&A Programming
Once the QA strategy is developed, the next step is to choose the talent to best represent your company. You can select your talent from the large roster of actors and actresses on our VideoSpokesModel.com website. We will also work with you to assist in the selection of the talent based on our prior experience with each actor/actress. You will be able to select the wardrobe and format size. We will provide video production services and shoot each question and answer with your talent that can be viewed live in our studio or via a webcam.

How Much Does It Cost?

Upon completion of the video session, we will start the actual build of your agent in our VIA administration control panel. This will integrate the QA strategy and match each question with the appropriate video response. We will also program it to learn your questions and all possible variations. This will include a natural language and keyword determination as well as an Active Learning Module testing phase. This phase can take 1-4 weeks depending on the size of the agent's QA strategy and video responses.

We also provide you with an administrative login to your Virtual IntelAgent and the Active Learning Module. You can preview and test the Virtual Agent by asking a series of questions and determining if the appropriate response is provided. This will help your agent learn and we can determine the following:

Our goal is to minimize the total Questions Asked Without Answers by analyzing the question variations, keywords entered and responses not recorded. After the testing period, we will reshoot your talent and record responses for any questions asked without answers. We also assign questions asked with answers to either the correct or a better response recorded after the initial video session.


What Will I Be Charged For It?
Once we finalize the testing phase we then provide you a line of code to insert into your website and stream the Virtual IntelAgent onto your site. Now, the real learning period will begin!

The heart of our system is what we call the Active Learning Module. This is how your Virtual IntelAgent learns the questions asked each month and learns the appropriate responses. We expect an initial learning curve of 60-90% successful response rate within three months. This success rate also depends on the consultation, QA strategy and testing phases during the initial build.


As part of the monthly ALM fee, we monitor your agent each day and provide reporting of all questions asked and the responses provided. We can detect trends and assign questions asked to appropriate responses if it is unrecognized. The ALM also records questions asked without answers. Each month or earlier, we can shoot the new responses with the talent and insert it into the response field immediately. Eventually, a majority of all questions asked, and all variations of each question, will have a successful response. Of course, not every question asked will ever get a 100% response rate as not even any human could provide an answer for every question.
